This beautifully restored midcentury modern home was designed in 1963 by renown architects  Patten and Wild  The home  was previously owned by the classic rock band Devo and has been recently enhanced to create a very sophisticated and sexy vibe.Many of the original features of the home have been maintained including the large open floor plan with the high beamed ceilings,split rock fireplace and floor to ceiling windows framing the fantastic  southern views of Mt Eisenhower. the living room overlooks the expansive salt-water pool,playfully shaped as lips. The addition of concrete floors and Nero Marquina- inspired Quartz counter tops,balanced with the original cabinetry,original mosaic tile and rare architectural glass walls throughout mixes the modern design elements seamlessly together to create  a timeless architectural gem for you to enjoy. This home comes beautifully furnished and has fantastic views and a wonderful park like setting with a fruit orchard ,Yoga area , multiple fire pits and lounging areas and so much more !
